We have an urgent opening for the position of Web Chat Executive for a reputed company at the Navi Mumbai Location.
Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat in a timely fashion
• To collect customer contact details for the Sales team to connect
• Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
• Help potential customers with project information
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Must be time flexible and able to work in a shift system
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
• Graduate in any field
• Experience in Web chat support
