Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading and accessing the Quality Improvement Projects (QIP), lean implementation, continual improvement and six sigma projects across JLL factories. Active team member of quality system design (SOP, Inspection, Safety, QA manual, Analysis. PQP, QFD) and responsible person for implementation of the same. Responsible for factory auditing (Own/3P) and compliance w.r.t QMS. Preforming SQC data analysis and proposal presentation, MIS for top management review. Performing vendor evaluation and getting the 8D, SCAR from supplier for noncompliance. Maintaining the Quality dept. budget and procurement finalization of testing equipment To compile and review audit compliance and other compliances. Taking the key decision on deviations and get it approved by the functional head. First person responsible for all SAP QM module concerns and developments. Registering and resolving the product quality complaints. Coordinated with various departments for timely closure and present the customer complaints reports to Top management review Review of Trends for Quality Management System & propose Corrective and preventive action Daily Review of all Quality Assurance activities.
