Job Description:

We are having an opening for the position of Regional Sales Trainer with one of our very reputed clients in the Real-estate Service Industry in Bangalore.

 

Role & Responsibility:

  • Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
  • Refresher session, On-the-job training, coaching, team building training etc.
  • Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
  • Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
  • Monitor sales objectives and results
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
  • Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
  • Work closely with location head & Training head and chalk out programs as per requirements.
  • Willing to travel for on-the-job trainings and different branches.
  • Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs

  • Previous Experience in sales training is mandatory
