Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supervision of production activities such as Dispensing, Manufacturing, Filling and Packing as allocated by Department Head, as per laid down procedures and systems.
2. Production schedule as per Dispatch priority allocated by Production Manager, as per laid down procedures and systems.
3. To take responsibility of completing daily production targets and documentation thereof.
4. To maintains discipline, team work and good working atmosphere in the work force.
5. To ensure completion of various documentation and Batch Manufacturing Records & Batch Packing Record online with the production activities.
6. To ensure complete compliance of C GMP during production & packing.
7. Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with the required c GMP standards, conforms to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
8. To giving training to the workmen.
9. To have good relationship and co-ordination with other colleagues working within the Department and with other departments.
10. To ensure that desired Quality & quantity is produced meeting required quality standards as per the daily plans.
11. To take care of plant and machinery being used under supervision and properly maintained.
12. To Co-ordinate with other departments such as stores, Maintenance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Purchase & Packing.
13. To report daily to Production Manager to appraise him about Production and Productivity.
14. To maintain good Housekeeping standards and maintenance of production area.
15. To ensure that desired quantity is produced meeting required quality standards as per the daily plans.
