Job Description:
Urgent Requirement for MECHANICAL FOREMAN -SMS steel for Reputed Steel plant.
Would be handling the mechanical maintenance and capable to handle shift and also general shift activities
like planning, spare management, spare procurement planning.
New spare parts development by machining and indenting of
material to minimize the breakdown time.
Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness of machines & equipment's; involved in improving yield by
eliminating root cause of defect.
Maintenance of Induction Furnace Make:
Maintenance of ton and ton EOT cranes
Maintenance of pumps and pipe line work.
Maintenance work done according to given schedule and as per instruction Planning people, Team management and Material requirement.
Close monitoring and downtime analysis of day-to-day breakdown of m/c.
Planning and scheduling of maintenance program on preventive basis.
Executing capital repairs and modification as per the requirement.
Safety, upkeep of machineries & care of quality aspect/procedure/system.
Cost optimization and effective utilization of resources.
Contract management and ensure zero breakdown.
Close monitoring and downtime analysis of day-to-day breakdown of m/c.
