Manager - Campaign
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Loyalty and Lifestyle vertical line of business and drive performance marketing across direct marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across multiple channels (owned & paid)
• Work with business, data analytics and website teams to design the marketing strategy, design & execute direct marketing campaigns to drive Revenue for Air & Non- Air Partners
• Member life cycle management campaigns for flights category, map - measure and drive campaign & data led initiatives to align members to the loyalty cycle (onboard / lift & shift / activate / reduce churn / win-back campaigns / automated triggers etc.)
• Drive member engagement through a central digital journey – engaging and relevant multichannel content delivery and creation of an interactive member experience with gamification tools, etc.
• Use and enhance the customer single view to deliver personalized experience across channels at an individual member level
• Delivering consistent high ROI on both inbound & outbound campaigns, use attribution models to track, report & optimize conversion
• The role also supports organizations efforts by building a body of quantifiable successes and use cases in new and upcoming experimental areas
• Work closely with cross-functional teams – Business, Partnerships, Technology, Analytics, UI / UX to optimize transaction / engagement flows on website / app & drive higher conversion metrics from a look to book ratio for the owned & paid channels
• Work closely with the Marketing functional teams (Brand, Social) to ensure the campaign has a seamless, multi-wave, multiple channel approach to communication
• Hands-on working knowledge & experience on Campaign Engagement (Watson / IBM Campaign Automation), Mobile Engagement, Personalization, Analytics platforms, tools & systems for driving data integration, implementation & usage across various channels, devices and platforms is a must
• Responsible for Campaign Management related internal & external partner agency deliverables, team management and channelizing them towards the organization KPI driven goals
Desired Candidate with education requirement :
o 10-12 years of work experience with a minimum of 8 years in Campaign Management profiles
o MBA – Marketing full time, any technical undergraduate, B. Tech, B.E. etc.
o Should have worked directly in campaign management and have experience in marketing automation systems like UNICA / WCA / Marketo / Exact Target / Adobe Campaign.
