Job Description Essential Functions/Responsibilities Ability to develop medium and large sized

functional application enhancements and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.

Ability to understand business requirements.

Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business.

Contributes to design discussions using Standard Oracle functionality. Experience in writing functional

specifications and working with development teams to deliver a product that is ready for customer use.

Skilled in breaking down technical problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.

Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices. Provide support and maintenance of existing

customizations and application functionality Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology

and approaches to solving problems. Proactively shares information across the team, to the right audience

with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness  Proven track record of successful problem definition,

decomposition Skilled in design, architecture and delivery Effectively collaborate with different stakeholders,

influences decisions, ability to take strategic view.

Experience: In industrial & capital equipment selling.

    Qualification – BE Mech ( Male & Female)

    Soft Skills: Good communication.

    Good interpersonal skill.
