PLC Engineer
Job Description:
> Should have 1 to 3 years relevant experience in PLC programming, ladder diagrams development, programming blocks, SCADA Screens development, TAG assignment, etc.
> Should have experience with SCADA development
> Knowledge and understanding of Siemens PLC and TIA portal is a must
> Should have knowledge of PLC cards, CPU, input/output cards, etc.
> Should have knowledge of switchgear and hardware, VFD, chokes, HMI, cables and lugs, etc
> Should have knowledge of instruments like pressure switch, pressure transmitter, temperature sensors, etc.
> Will be one of the decision maker in selection and procurement process of above components.
> Will be responsible for process automation by programming in PLC and developing interface in SCADA. Process logic and control philosophy will be given.
> Should have knowledge of control panel wiring, bus bar, MCCB section, PLC section etc.
> Dynamic and go getter attitude
> Will get the opportunity to lead the electrical and automation department to a level where it can be a separate business division of the company. Candidate will be electrical & automation department head.
