JOB DESCRIPTION

MS Dynamics

JD (MS Dynamics Developer)

• At least 3+ years of IT experience performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 /CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Experience in in use of C#, Java Script, HTML design, Plugins, Web API's.
• Good to have: Knowledge of multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
• Experience with Power platform, Power Apps, Automate, Portals.
• Understand the role of power platform to integrate CRM with various other systems like SharePoint, Office 365, One Drive Power Automate, Azure Application Insights, Data Export services, Azure Data Lake etc.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE SDK, XRM tool.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model and web services.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS).
• In-depth hands-on knowledge Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Dynamics 365 Azure
• Experience in MSSQL: including database tuning, detecting bottlenecks working with SSRS and SSIS.
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
• Experience in 3rd party integrations and accelerators/add-ins is desirable.
• Experience with Data Migration from other systems to D365.
• Experience with Visual Studio, DevOps.
• Experience with Middleware integrations Azure Service Bus, Azure functions.
• Participate in requirements gathering process.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Integration with enterprise systems and overall architectural standard knowledge.
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as scrum.
• Good to have: MVC and CMS knowledge.
• Good to have: Knowledge in Content Management Systems, Kentico CMS preferably Kentico 12/13.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Dynamics 365 solution deployment.
• Good understanding and work experience in Agile Environment.
• Excellent communication presentation and organization skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple IT team disciplines

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize best practices in managing the administration and security of the Power Platform – Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Utilize connectors, leverage the AI Builder, design Power BI dashboards, build canvas apps, build Power Apps portals, and leverage Power Automate to create business process flows.
• Develop D365 solutions (OOTB product features, custom development, and/or use of third-party tools).
• Must have experience of migrating legacy CRM solution/platform to MS Dynamics Solution.
• Develop model-driven Power Apps solutions.
• Participate in requirements sessions with the customer.
• Serves as subject matter expert to the customer.
• 1-3 years of experience assessing the feasibility of and assisting with migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems on Microsoft platforms
