Job Description:
Overall responsibilities and duties:
The software engineer who will be responsible for Embedded C development for Infotainment
and Cockpit Electronics Products.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science
o M. Tech Electronics. Experience:
o 7-10 years experience in Automotive SW development. Skills and competencies:
Must Have:
o Experience in Automotive infotainment.
o Experience in C++ (Advanced C++ preferred)
o Experience in Free RTOS or Linux
o Experience in Middleware development.
o Experience in Microcontrollers
o Experience in working with Debugger (JTAG – Segger/LauterBach etc.)
Responsibilities:
o Development of products and modules.
o Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
o Write well-designed, testable code.
o Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
o Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
o Should able to perform PEER reviews
o Document and maintain software functionality
o Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
o Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
o Comply with project plans and industry standards.
o Ensure software is updated with latest features
