Key Responsibility Areas: (included but not limited to)

  • Conducting SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects
  • Analyse business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
  • Support customers in defining, redesigning and documenting business processes
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support. Defining and scoping projects by working closely with business customers to understand their needs
  • Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues and risks that may impact the team’s ability to meet goals

What are we looking?

Our SAP service line is currently looking for industry-leading SAP SF - Employee Central professionals with hands-on experience on Employee Central(EC). Should have the ability to analyze technical needs, and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

  • The candidate should have rich experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central ( EC)Core, Time Off, Timesheet, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
  • Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
  • The candidate should have basic knowledge of EC Payroll.
  • Good to have minimum knowledge in the additional two SF modules.
  • Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project.
  • Good domain experience in the required field would be an added advantage.
  • The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
