Senior CGI Retoucher/ Image Retoucher
Job Description:
As a Senior CGI Retoucher, you will be responsible for the final compositing and beautification of CGI or photo-based imagery. You will be expected to deliver a vast range of different marketing material; packshots, interiors and key visuals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a wide range of compositing styles (realism and stylized) across various types of clients. Experience in compositing 3D passes and creative retouching is essential. You will ideally have worked on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and/or global brand and have an up-to-date portfolio to show us what you have worked on. The role is fast-paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects and clients within the organisation.
- Creative Retouching, Compositing, Colour Correction and Photo Manipulation
- Work on projects as the final piece of the puzzle that elevates the creative to the premium level expected from our clients.
- Be a brand guardian for our clients.
- Keeping up to date with current design & technology trends.
- Understand what makes GREAT content e.g., best practices for making creative assets that glorify the product within the constraints of the brands guidelines.
- Creating high resolution, high craft static imagery for digital and print.

- Excellent eye realism and art direction. - Ability to relight and reshape elements. - Expertise in Photoshop - An eye for detail (no pixelated edges) - Must be hands-on and enjoy working with a team. - Experienced in communicating and understand various terminologies of global clients from differing industries. - A love of good design / art direction. - Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment. - Curiosity, creativity, and ambition. - Good communication, organizational and time management skills are essential. - Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations. - Neat and efficient workflow. |
