Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the flow for the entire project cycle of Pharma / Biotech projects from concept to plant hand over – understanding of Client’s requirements.
  • Acting as a Single Point Contact for the Clients.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Develop new strategies for meeting business targets.
  • Preparation of Marketing Communications & driving Branding activities.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for Sales and Marketing for Domestic as well as International markets.
  • Well-versed with CRM, Microsoft – Word , Excel , PPT, BD reports and other database Management.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical/ Biotech Process – includes Sterile, Non-sterile, High Potent Drugs formulation and API facilities etc.
  • Basic Knowledge of Facility requirements as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Open to travel (Domestic and international).
  • Good Academics record.
  • Excellent Sales Track Record.
  • Good Customer Relationship.
