- Responsibilities for HR Intern:
- Supports to the end to end recruitment process.
- Coordination of the training activities in the country.
- Communication with employees.
- Screen resumes and application forms.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Post and update job ads on job portals and social networks.
- Addressing employee’s queries.
- Qualification for hr intern:
- Participate in the planning and execution of special events.
- Prepare presentations and materials.
- Candidate currently studying Human Resource Management.
- Intermediate English.
- Note:
There will be 3 months of Fresher Intern for them who are willing to make career in HR Domain. Along with fixed salary you will be getting Companies Completion Certificate and Letter of Recommendation. And if you perform well during this period and fulfill companies’ target which assigned to you than after achieving the targets you will be promoted as an HR. Recruiter in our company and you will be getting attractive hike in your salary along with incentives.
