Job Description:

Responsibilities:

•  Support the internal communication process and ensure organization’s priorities and goals are communicated effectively across.

• Manage, coordinate and execute events and support Pan India offices to drive initiatives that positively impact our employees and
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders – Leadership, Businesses, Corporate Social Responsibility team, Human Resources and Finance – to align internal communications to their requirements and drive them across the
• Develop and maintain internal channels of communication such as the organization’s intranet and ensure

effective two-way communications using technology or other mediums

• Ensure the standard operating procedures for internal communications are maintained and followed to ensure the quality, efficacy and impact of all internal communications
• Work closely with internal talent and external agencies to drive internal communication
• Create and commission content, including video, photography, presentation material and infographics in line with the
• Proactively manage internal teams on communication and support the development of communications capability within the team and wider stakeholder network
• Support relevant Community programs/projects to meet overall communications objectives
• Drive and support employee participation in community work
• Have a good understanding, relationships and knowledge of Indian media, including regional media Manage agency engagement effectively
• Branding & advertising local CSR & other activities on social platforms or in regional
• Manage employee engagement platform under CSR volunteering via Internal communications of CSR program on Intranet, Mails as applicable
• Support in various initiatives within site pertaining to sustainability & coordinate activities like team meetings, training program, awareness session etc (create agenda, MOM)
• Support and manage press for branding company as a leader with stories around engagement, CSR & sustainability
