Job Description:
  • Call audit as per category of loan officers.
  • Sharing feedback of call monitoring observations.
  • Individual feedback on dispositions.
  • Send calibration calls to respective LMS managers.
  • Identify training need of loan officers in terms of product/process/tagging/competition & Script.
  • Daily dashboard to Quality Manager.
  • Weekly scores of branch & individual loan officers is published.
  • Monthly score of loan officers & branch is published.
  • Charge sheet/Warning mails are maintained if any.
  • Hygiene audits.
