Job Description:
- Call audit as per category of loan officers.
- Sharing feedback of call monitoring observations.
- Individual feedback on dispositions.
- Send calibration calls to respective LMS managers.
- Identify training need of loan officers in terms of product/process/tagging/competition & Script.
- Daily dashboard to Quality Manager.
- Weekly scores of branch & individual loan officers is published.
- Monthly score of loan officers & branch is published.
- Charge sheet/Warning mails are maintained if any.
- Hygiene audits.
