PROCESS COORDINATOR
Job Description:
* Track and prepare data and reports on key operation standards for supply chain excellence
* Write and maintain accuracy of department procedures on firm
* Track engineering changes, within MRP system, specific to part disposition, inventory and analysis.
* Maintain contact with team to insure proper delivery of inventory and quick resolution of problems that arise.
* Monitoring timesheets, and work schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time
* Coordinating with logistic department to obtain materials needed for projects, including purchasing order or equipment and monitoring deliveries.
* Providing support for other staff members by answering questions about procedures.
* Monitoring work quality to ensure that it meets company standards.
