- 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP as ABAP HR consultant
- Extensive experience on Reports, Adobe forms, Workflows
- Minimum work experience in BADI, BAPI, Enhancements.
- Good knowledge on Functional process flow over Human Resources and Sub modules PA, OM and PAYROLL, TIME Management
- Hands on experience with ODATA service developments
- Experience with Fiori Elements is an added advantage.
- Experience with UI5 developments is an added advantage.
- Knowledge required in Web Services, BI Reports.
- Strong knowledge in Debugging, Runtime Analysis, Trouble shooting and Performance Tuning
- HCM Processes and Forms – Adobe forms/FPM forms experience is added advantage.
- Flexible enough to extend during required times, Consistently driving results, even under tough circumstances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
- High degree of reliability and thoroughness as well as high planning and organizational skills
- Need to be a team player
- Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants.
