- Sales Incentive Working
- Stock Reconciliation
- Sales Collection report – on a daily basis
- SO approval documentation part
- Import Purchase order punched in tally (Tally Prime) – GRN – Invoice Booking (Jordan – Crux - Reebok)
- Suspense Receivable Sharing & Ledger Posting
- TCS Calculation, booking of debit note – TCS Certificate Sharing with Team
- Commission worksheet updating
- Warranty Spare Stock Outward
- Issuance of NDC to a service team
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience Required: 2-3 Years
- Preferably from the Import & Export industry
- Well Versed with TDS & GST Norms
- Hands-on experience in Tally (Tally Prime)data entry.
- Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards, and laws &
- regulations
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software & databases
- Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating the huge volume of data
