HR Analyst/MIS

Job Description:

Anther HR Solutions is hiring for the position of HR Analyst/MIS for one of the Financial Company in Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry mapping with regards to compensation, recruitment and other HR aspects
• Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
• Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill, hiring costs, quality, cost, etc
• Forecast manpower and other HR costs for department and help create budgets
• Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company and recommend areas of improvement for our HR procedures
• Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
• Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team

Desired Profile:

• Graduation / MBA from reputed college.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
• Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
