Finance Manager
Job Description:
Position: Finance Manager.
Location: Bangalore
Experience requirement: 7-12 years
Joining Date: Immediately to 30 days
Qualification - Prefer CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
About the Role:
1 - Monitoring of books of accounts.
2 - Monitoring of all agreements / licenses.
3 - Ensure correctness of payments.
4- Ensuring proper tracking of pending receivables.
5- Ensure timely completion of Book closure activities with effectiveness and accurate recording of financial transactions in line with Companies Policies.
6- Ensure financial reports are in line with managements' requirements.
7- Ensure reconciliation of customer / supplier ledgers on regular intervals.
8 - Monitoring of credit limit of customer and any advance to supplier.
9- Processing necessary guidance and support to the operation team on all commercial aspects within the company systems and policies.
10- Preparation of relevant MIS for senior management like Management Accounts and other data as a requirement basis.
11- Preparation of records for processing, if any
12 - Authorization of Sales / Purchase / Inventory entries / Expense.
13- Assist in the budget process, Risk reports, daily entry of position into Ecomnet, entries into risk management system.
14- Updation of Qlik, for credit requests
15 - Monitoring of processing activity.
