ROLE NAME – SALES ROLE

  • Developing and managing a distribution network - drive growth in sales.
  • Must be able to influence the decision makers in individual bungalow, kothi and apartment construction business.
  • Strong connect with Local architects, builders and electricians (preferred)
  • Enhancing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Gain customer orders by product demonstration and price negotiation.
  • Ensuring payment compliance of customers through regular follow-up and contact.
  • Informing the customers about the various schemes and offers of the company, reminding and encouraging them to achieve scheme targets by presenting final discounts and prices.
  • Coming up with ideas and suggestions in order to increase the brand presence in the market.
  • B  Being aware of market trends and competitor schemes and prices
