Role Overview

The Enterprise Billing Associate will be responsible for end‑to‑end billing activities, ensuring accuracy in invoice generation, timely payment tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent Excel skills, and working knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and raise invoices accurately for enterprise clients.
• Handle complete billing cycle and support month‑end closing activities.
• Monitor payment status and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Validate billing details with aggregators to ensure correctness and compliance.
• Update and maintain billing trackers and customer databases.
• Reconcile discrepancies between system data and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, clarifications, and document flow.
• Follow up with clients for payment realization and resolve billing queries.
• Prepare periodic billing and collection reports using Excel.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and audit requirements.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and payment cycles.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (mandatory).
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Good understanding of month‑end closure activities.
• Experience validating billing with aggregators (preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
