Job Description:
Consultant
The consultant is responsible for execution of tasks assigned related to software product development. The person should work with business analyst, delivery manager and Product management to understand expectations and deliver to them
Responsibilities
- Individual contributor (90%) in Java/Javascript area
- Responsibility to mentor other junior team members
- Responsible for deliverables of the assigned track (pod)
- Responsible for growing customer confidence in team’s ability
- Dev SME accountable for delivery
- Ensure compliance to defined processes
Qualifications
- Tech/BE/MCA
Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Java / Javascript as a developer
- Knowledge of Relational and Non-relational databases
- Experience in developing for Cloud is preferred
- Knowledge of Amazon Cloud Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration
- knowledge of B2B Commerce / e-Commerce
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to do hands-on job on daily basis
- Good leadership skills and an eagerness to learn
- Involvement in all phases of a project: analysis, design, development, conversion, configuration, training, support
