Retail Sales Executive

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Welcome & direct customers.
• Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Cross-sell products within the store
• Ensure the display & VM are fully stocked.
• Manage returns of merchandise.
• Service our Loyalty Program Clients.
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
• Create sales material to present to customers.
• Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with clients.
• Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.

Skill Required :

• Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in only the Jewellery field.
• Language Known - English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)
• Age Group Bellow 35 years.
• Gender - Both.
• Should have Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferably should have worked in a Jewellery showroom.
