Job Description:
- The candidate should have experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360 and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning
- Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in SF PMGM including XML knowledge and experience should have basic knowledge of other modules
- Minimum 2 Support project experience
- Good Team Player with High Confident Level
- Self-motivated individual with strong background in business Knowledge
- Ready to travel
