Job Description:
- New Parts Development and ECN implementation, part development from drawing finalization
- stage to pilot lot approval and dispatch of pilot lot supplies.
Feasibility Study of Drawings, Specification review with Supplier & APQP for Component Development.
New Source identification & Selection, vendor Audit & Process Audit for Value Engineering.
Quotations Calling, Quote Analysis & Cost Negotiation, term and conditions Finalization
RM and Process Price Settlement of Different Sources of Components,
Alternate Source & Manufacturing Process Development for Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.
Conduct GPA & NDA with suppliers for respective commodity
Packing improvement /implementation of environment norms.
To make cost standard & should be cost for respective commodity.
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP MM Module)
