Sales Manager
Job Description:
A leading Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Sea Cargo, and Air Cargo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish contacts with potential shippers and consignees
- Proactively respond to sales inquiries from both new and existing clients
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand the business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide strategic market insights
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry preferred)
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Sea Cargo, and Air Cargo
- Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and ability to converse fluently in English
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Additional Details:
- Location: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot
- Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates
- Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: From 40K to 70 K per month negotiable depending upon the current salary.
