Fabrication Engineer
Job Description:
Implementing system of Quality System Basic and work to sustain the system by conducting periodic checks on the Production and find solutions to the problems which may arise to ensure product quality.
Also having experience in Welding and Painting Inspection and having Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Reviewing and checking of welding procedures for welding Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steels Materials.
Knowledge of electrode selection for different materials
Shop drawings and As-Built drawings preparation of complete mechanical works with the bill of material.
Having good experience in the Manufacturing of process equipment's fabrication-erection and steel structures
Supervising all maintenance and repairing of production equipment.
Very good experience in Material Cutting Plan & Joint plan as per applicable codes
Knowledge of relevant ASME codes
