Job Description:
👨🏭 Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Operations & Monitoring
▪ Operate, monitor, and adjust plant machinery & computerized control systems
▪ Maintain production efficiency through DCS operations
🔹 Equipment Handling
▪ GLR (Glass Lined Reactor)
▪ SSR (Stainless Steel Reactor)
▪ ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer)
▪ Distillation Columns
▪ Scrubbing Systems
🔹 Safety Compliance
▪ Follow OSHA & EPA safety and environmental regulations
▪ Emission monitoring & emergency handling procedures
🔹 Documentation
▪ Maintain batch sheets & operational records
▪ Report mishaps/deviations to management
✅ Required Skills:
▪ Hands-on experience with DCS Software (Honeywell / Yokogawa / Delta V)
▪ Experience in:

Oxidation Process
-
Nitration Process
-
Purification Process
-
Heavy Chemical Distillation
▪ Experience in Petrochemical / Specialty Chemical / Agrochemical Industry preferred
