Operational Head (PPC Manager)
Job Description:
Education DME/BE in Mechanical or production with minimum 7 yrs to 15 yrs experience in PPC Department with similar industry.
Job profile:
- Reporting to management about the monthly Forecast.
- Knowledge of manufacturing setup for production & acting as manufacturing consultant.
- Directly responsible for all kind of welding related set-up, issues, welder training, welder qualification.
- Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
- Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
- Vendor evaluation, selection & registration.
- Implemented T.P.M T.Q.M and Kaizen for Process/ productivity improvement.
- Achieving targets defined in Key Performance Indicators.
- Knowledge of Laser & Plasma cutting, Punching, Bending and Heavy Fabrication Process
Salary range between 4.2 to 5 Lacs/annum
