Job Description:
- Preparation of bill of material as per drawing.
- Drawing study and raw material planning and purchasing.
- Shop Floor Production planning.
- Handling Manpower independently.
- In-process Stage inspection.
- Distribution of Project wise equipment to contractors.
- Witnessing PT Test, Hydro Test, and Welding Set up Inspection.
- Witnessing Agitator Running trial.
- Raw material Identification & Inward Inspection for production material.
- Outsourcing, Vendor Inspection & Development.
- Welding Inspection.
- Decision making at critical stage.
- Understanding of quality issues & resolving them.
- Discussion of Quality norms with concerning team and department and
- improvement at the Existing stage for good Product deliver to customer.
- Inspection Planning of Third Party Inspection agency.
- Customer handling and Co-ordination with Third party inspection agency.
- Performing Shop-floor activities & Planning for the Job Progress.
- Drawing Checking, and Evaluation of changes as per ASME standard.
