Job Description:

Should understand and follow the chemical manufacturing process.
He should follow the SOP strictly. To check and confirm all the required raw materials are available before starting the batch.
Able to handle unskilled workers and get the work done.
Able to understand technical problems in the manufacturing line and trouble shooting.
Should have computer awareness.
Awareness about the safety precautions and Firefighting techniques.
To support in ISO work.
Guide the unskilled labour for the use of correct PPE’s
Always focus on utility savings and good housekeeping.
After packing the product, check the packed containers for proper labels and correct packed quantity.
Always follow the Good Manufacturing Practices.
Giving suggestions for achieving the Production target / Utility saving / Manpower saving.
Check the MSDS of the raw materials and take precautions accordingly.
Read and follow the special instructions given in the SOP.
To check water level in scrubber tank/ cooling tank and report it to shift in charge.
Follow-up with service department to get job done in time.
Handling of all process and unit operation of plant.
To follow work permit system, to fill work permit whenever required and preparedness for the same.
To report any deviation from standard parameter to shift in charge/ seniors.
