Job Description:
Goal of Function
• EHS Executive is supposed follow and implement the EHS culture
Reporting Line / Hierarchy Level (ICP) / Deputy
• In this role you directly report to the [Senior Manager]
• ICP level of position: [Non ICP], [EHS], [Executive]
• Deputy: [EHS]
Main Responsibilities
• Operation of ETP.
• Preparation of chemical for ETP and RO plant
• Carryout sludge processing & ensure bagging & shifting of ETP sludge to hazardous waste
area.
• Monitor effluent quality in ETP of various treatment units & ensure effective treatment of
effluent.
• Sampling of effluent from various treatment units in ETP & ATFD plant.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintenance of legal documents.
• Inventory Management of ETP, RO, OHC, Safety & Fire.
• Co-ordinate with third party environment consultants.
• Establish, implement and maintain EHS system at site in accordance with the requirements
of ISO 14001:2015.
• Conduct EHS audits/follow up audits and monitor closure of audit gaps.
• Co-ordinate with supplier, contractor & other interested parties on EHS related matters.
• Determine, implement and ensure effective operational controls so as to minimize impact
on environmental, health and safety.
• Prepare EHS daily/monthly/quarterly MIS report and share it with concern.
• Hazop Study.
• Hazard Identification & Basic Assessment.
• Mock drill.
• Fire Preparation System.
• Safety Audit.
• Safety Committee Meeting Arrangement.
• Legal Requirements Relevant to EHS.
