Job Description:
Shift in charge to handle manpower in shifts.
Attending breakdown and taking countermeasure on repeated breakdown.
To control the inventory of the spares.
To maintain the critical spare in order to avoid line stoppages.
Execute the preventive and predictive maintenance as per plan.
Carry out the kaizens and Co2 reduction activities.
Carry out necessary modification in machine as per the user department request.
Carry out the 5's Activities in designated section/area.
Motivate and train the shift members.
Proactively participate in QC circle.
Ensure the departmental KPI achieve at all the time.
Maintain the machine data's like History card, Check list, Electrical and Mechanical manuals etc..
Periodically carry out audit in Machine related to safety interlock effectiveness.
To maintain the documents as per IATF requirement.
