JOB FUNCTIONS / PROFILE :
1) Responsible for developing and executing business strategies to promote sales of the organization's products or services in multiple markets.
2) You will be responsible for handling the promotion of the company and its products or services around the world. You may work with other marketing professionals to develop materials, conduct market research and develop strategies to improve company sales. You may also work on developing the company's brand or image. Other tasks could include identifying the competition and working with the sales and product-development departments to determine what products or services need marketing.
3) Traveling at Domestic Level for New Customer Development, to attend Exhibitions, Interact with Customers on need basis etc.
4) Responsible for Digital Marketing to develop Online Marketing / Promotions through Professional Networks LinkedIn, Instagram and Many More.
5) Marketing Planning for Potential Customers in the Market.
6) To draw Road Map and Guide Top Management for Business Development.
8) Developing and applying strategies for marketing plans for the organisation.
9) Entering new markets and growing brand awareness in global destinations.
10) Adapting to changes in the market in order to best serve the marketing objectives of an organisation and consumer needs.
11) Researching about and developing pricing policies.
12) Recommending appropriate sales channels to make the marketing strategies a hit.
13) Managing subordinates and leading them to achieve the ultimate marketing goals for the organisation.
14) Ensuring the milestones / targets are achieved.
15) Managing effective communication with internal teams as well as international counterparts.
16) Adopting Best Effective Marketing Strategy / Techniques / Tools / Advertising Practices from time to time.
17) Focusing on 5 P’s of Marketing Mix (As Defined By William Stanton – Marketing Expert) like (Products, Promotions, Price, Place and Packing).
18) Focusing and understanding Each Stages of PLC – Product Life Cycle i.e. (Introduction Stage, Growth Stage, Maturity Stage and Decline Stage).
19) Working and Focusing on TARGET MARKETS as Defined by Philip Kotler (Father of Marketing).
20) Rest working, applying new ideas, thinking out of the box for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
21) Working / Thinking / Suggesting Management for New Product Development.
22) Payment Follow with Customers with Always making use of Kindly, Humble & Polite Language in any given Circumstances.
23) Festival and Company Events Greetings to the Customers via Digital Platform.
24) Always Think Positive and Innovative in Nature and Transparency in Work.
25) Having Good Command over English communication along with the strong technical knowledge.
