Project Deliverables:
1) Engine and its subsystem packaging & integration on MHCV vehicle models
2) Layout preparation and detailed design of cooling, air intake and exhaust system
modules for above mentioned vehicle models
3) 3D models, 2D detailed drawings and TPL releases in PLM. Support for parts development
4) Closure of design issues observed in proto vehicles and field vehicles
Job Responsibility : (Describe responsibility of this position for above deliverables)
1) To make design releases of engine parts and assemblies for proto / serial manufacturing
& testing and to develop proprietary parts with suppliers. Creation of bill of material and design
releases in PLM software
2) To complete engine packaging sign off on vehicles and auxilaries packaging sign offs on engine.
3) Proto and serial produciton parts development with vendor development and production
agencies such as manufacturing, quality assurance etc.
