. Should be Graduate/Diploma in Computer, CISCO CCNP and any 1 OEM Certification
(Checkpoint Certified Security Master (CCSM) R80/ Tipping Point (Trend Micro) Certified
Professional/Cisco CCNP Security/ Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP))
ii. 24x7 support at CO NOC, DR NOC, PDC and DRS
iii. Monitor alert from network devices
iv. Escalation support for L1, provides input to level 3 team for consulting, planning and
change management process
