Fabrication Engineer
Job Description:
Dailyproductionand dispatch planning onprioritybasis of press components.
* Handling permanent & casual manpower.
* Monitor dailyproductiontarget as per schedule time with quantity & quality.
* Parameter setting done after change dieas perproductionplan.
* Process defect analysis and elimination of same.
* Conduct daily meeting with Quality Dept &Operater for customer complaint, IHR & necessary actions and accordingly.
* prepare & monitor action plan..
* Prepare & monitor yield improvement & cost saving project.
* Monitor monthly physical stock counting.
* Manpower & material management according toproductionplan.
* Adherence with Quality parameters.
* Attending body shop defect at customer end and taking interim action and permanent action.
* Developing new fixtures,Gaugesfoeinspection ,aswell as manufacturing.
* Effective Utilization of minimum manpower for carriedrequirement.
* Support to TPM coordinator for TPM implementioninproductiondept.
To maintain 5s activity in shop floor &poko-yoke on machines.
Monitoring like -Productiontarget, Machinebreakdown, Qualityproblems, Break down ofTools, Diesetuptime, Rejection.
