SAP Support Project Manager- Noida/Bangalore

Job Description:

• Candidate should have minimum degree as educational qualification, good in communication.
• Candidate should have at least 5 to 10 years of support manager experience especially in SAP area.
• Candidate should have experience in manging both Dedicated and Shared support engagements. Excellent knowledge and experience in identifying and using the tools required for AMS.
• Candidate should have experience in manging minimum team size of 50. Good in work allocation and utilization of the team.
• Candidate should have strong program and project management skill set.
• Candidate should have strong experience from customer acquisition to retirement.
• Candidate should have experience in managing and motivating the team to achieve the AMS objectives.
• Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in AMS life cycle, metrics management, knowledge management, cross training, status report, new initiatives and account mining.
• Candidate should have excellent client management skills, escalation and issue management.
• Candidate should have strong experience in ticket data analysis to present the facts and derive the action items to improve the support service to maturity level.
