Secondary Sales Automation

Job Description:

• Lead rollout of Secondary Automation Platform: This will include the following:
  • Coordinate with divisional & zonal sales leadership for driving DMS roll out KPIs
  • Lead team of internal & vendor resources for implementation of secondary automation platform across business divisions as per target schedule
  • Collaborate with internal & vendor L2 support for the resolution of issues related to – platform rollout, version rollout & rollout masters.
• Driving Compliance on DMS platform: Support Secondary Automation Team in driving compliance on DMS platform against set KPIs
• Project Lifecycle Management of Sub Stockist Application: Managing the complete life cycle of digital platform for Sub Stockist.
  • Implementation of sub stockist automation platform across Super Stockist – Sub Stockist structure
  • Driving Compliance through the field leadership team on compliance KPIs
  • Lead Support team for the platform for complaint resolution within TAT.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the platform basis business requirement & improvement of user experience.
  • Stakeholder Management to drive overall success of this digital transformation.
  • Formalize reporting process & dashboards for all stakeholders
• Campaigns on Secondary Automation Platforms: Work in collaboration with the marketing team to create digital campaigns for improving awareness, usage, and compliance of Secondary Automation platforms among all stakeholders – Distributors, sales team etc. Plan & execute running such campaigns at repeated intervals.

Co-Create Training material on the Secondary Automation process: Co-create training material and assessment modules for all stakeholders on existing & new features on secondary automation platforms. Ensure training materials are available across all relevant platforms & drive usage.
