Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Product Manager for a reputed company (Pharma Company) at the Pune location.
Job Description :
- Formulating & Implementing innovative brand campaigns/strategies/activities both long-term/short-term for launching new brands and improving the market share of existing ones.
- Responsible to manage Marketing Activities and ensure the growth of the Entire Product Portfolio.
- Budgeting Planning, Monitor ROI & Troubleshooting of products being handled
- Develop New product ideas based on market needs
- Leveraging the Digital marketing revolution through Content, Email, WhatsApp & Virtual platforms
- Inventory forecasting/management. Product-wise target setting & coordination with field staff
- Visit different markets to meet customers for product promotion & evaluate developed strategies
- Coordinate with the sales team for achieving product-wise sales plans & sales forecasting
- Planning of Promotional Inputs including Visual-aids, Scientific literature, Sampling, Gifts, Print inputs, marketing services, trade scheme, MRP review
- Imparting training to sales personnel on medical and marketing aspects of products along with Selling & Marketing skills
- Developing knowledge & skills of self and team members through value addition of Product management skills, Development role, Responsibility & outcome
- Experience in Female Hormonal Therapy ( Gyn Segment) & IVF.
- Experience in the Critical Care Therapy Segment.

Experience in the Nutritional Therapy Segment.
