Strong knowledge on AutoCAD / E plan & panel design
Cable sizing & cable list
Cable tray selection and prepare cable tray layout
Instrument selection & validation based on process
application
Prepare quotation for electrical, instruments & automation
Programming of Siemens PLCs (S7 400/300/S71500 Series)
with distributed IO's (Ex: ET200 S/SP)
SCADA development knowledge (TIA WinCC)
Understand concept of ISA S88 Standard
Responsible for electrical installation, commissioning &
troubleshooting at site & handover
Responsible for initial software setup & PLC / SCADA configure
communication at site conduct IO testing.
Customer-service attitude with hands on approach on the job is
expected
Quick adaptability of various process areas and different software
platform is must.
Experience on Brewery / Beverage process industry electrical application
design & commissioning would be an added advantage.
Job involves extensive travelling & long duration stay at customer sites
