Job Description:
Define and identify operational objectives, pinpoint project objectives including
efficiency, cost savings, operator convenience, safety and energy conservation.
Design new ways to solve operations problems and determine the impact on the
overall system by studying and screening alternatives.
Watch carefully for operational problems by studying performance results and
systems functioning and ways to apply improvements to speed up the job.
Interview process operators and supervisors and troubleshoot as you investigate
suggestions and complaints to overall improve service.
