Job Description:
The service engineer you’ll be responsible for repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. Should provide friendly, efficient service at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with clients, engineers, and other technicians over the phone to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns
Job Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 Years Exp.
- BE / B.Tech in Electrical
- The ability to deal with PAN India Consultancy
