JD: Talent Acquisition Executive
Roles and responsibilities-
- End to End recruitment to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the team of recruiters to improve their performance
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by seeking out and implementing new recruiting tools and technologies
- Create and maintain recruitment metrics to measure and report on performance
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment status and progress.
