Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Executive/Sr. Executive - Talent Execution to support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent for roles within the manufacturing and building materials sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the manufacturing industry, particularly in building material products, and will possess strong communication and organizational skills to manage
multiple hiring processes and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 End-to-End Recruitment:

o Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for a variety of roles across the company’s manufacturing units and functions.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
o Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assist with final candidate selection.
o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from diverse talent pools.

 Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
o Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, talent market insights, and hiring best practices.
o Partner with HR leaders to ensure recruitment goals align with organizational objectives.

 Sourcing &Screening:

 Industry Networking & Market Insights:

o Stay updated on talent trends and challenges in the manufacturing and building materials industry.
o Attend industry events and job fairs to engage with potential candidates and promote the company’s employer brand.

Requirements:

 Experience:

o Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on building materials or similar sectors.
o Proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment processes and managing client or stakeholder relationships.
o Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing channels, and candidate engagement.

 Skills:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
o Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and social media platforms for sourcing talent.
o Strong decision-making skills and ability to assess candidate fit for the role and organizational culture.

 Education: 

o Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Certifications in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
