Job Description:
Our clients a leading corrugated box manufacturing company in Rawanda Africa is looking to hire the following .
Position: Mech Engineer
Salary : 1500 -2000 USD per month
Location : Rawanda Africa
Role :
Ensuring daily checks & preventive maintenance activities are carried on regular basis & as per schedule.
Handling And Scheduled maintenance of Corrugated Automatic box plant, Flute(A B C E) Reel Stand , Splicer ,
Single Facer , Preheater ,Glue Unit , Double Facer , Slitter Scorer , HQ Cut-Off , And Universal Stacker .
Handling And Scheduled maintenance of hydraulic power pack and pneumatic machine and cylinder.
Handling And Scheduled maintenance of centrifugal pump, gear pump, diaphragm pump, and Air Blower others.
Handling And Scheduled maintenance of Annual maintenance contract Equipment's .
To analyze reasons of breakdown & implement the same to reduce further breakdown.
Follow up preventive maintenance of the machines as per preventive maintenance schedule.
Installation & Commissioning of Machines ,
