Job Description:
  • Responsibilities:

    • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related issues. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
    • Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
    • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing support, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment. Respond to employee questions related to compensation and benefits.
    • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company.
    • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization and assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs. Support employee development initiatives.
    • HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate HR reports as needed.
    • Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment. Support employee recognition programs and communication efforts.
    • Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations (including those specific to India) and ensure HR practices are in compliance. Assist with audits and legal requirements.
    • Health and Safety Support: Collaborate with the health and safety department to ensure a safe working environment and support related HR aspects of safety programs.
    • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as organizational development, process improvement, and employee surveys.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
    • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trends for improvement.
